Shipping Policy — NivaStores.com

1. Shipping Methods & Partners

NivaStores does not operate its own delivery fleet. We partner with reputable third-party courier and logistics services (e.g. Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, BlueDart, etc.) to fulfill and deliver orders within India.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If your order is placed over a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

For most addresses in India: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

For remote or hard-to-reach locations: it may take 5–8 business days.

For international shipments: delivery may take 15–30 days (or more depending on customs and postal services).


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed on the product page or at checkout.

The total amount you pay at checkout includes both the product cost and courier charges.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: the amount to be paid on delivery is the same as shown at checkout (no extra hidden COD fees).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with the courier name via Email / SMS / WhatsApp.

You can track your order on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number or through the tracking link we provide.


6. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Origin (RTO)

If the courier attempts delivery and fails, they may reschedule for a later date.

After three failed delivery attempts, the package may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

If you request a resend after the package is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the reshipment.


7. Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international orders, all cross-border taxes, customs duties, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country are outside our control.


8. Returns & Return Shipping Address

When returning a product (as per our Return & Refund Policy), the return package should be sent to the following address:

Return shipping costs will be handled as per the terms in your Return & Refund Policy.


9. Communication & Notifications

We keep you updated about your order status (e.g. confirmed, processed, shipped, delayed, delivered) via Email / SMS / WhatsApp.
